Job Description:
· Lead generation by collaboration with Local Business Line Team to identify potential prospects, implement profitable growth to align with strategic initiatives of the company in the assigned regions;
· Jointly with Sales Director and VP Sales to create the business plans for the assigned regions;
· Foresee project developments to gauge whether the project is heading on track or not; and make necessary adjustment to ensure success;
· Foster rapport with Business Development Team worldwide and Local Business Line Team to regular share information on market and competition to facilitate discussion on business opportunities and challenges;
· Communicate effectively with Local Business Line Team to ensure that customers are supported, and prospects monitored in a professional manner;

b. Gather and understand customers’ requirement for performance, quality, and delivery
c. Make offer to customers’ request
d. Secure orders
e. Prepare and provide all necessary reports as required by Management or various stakeholders.
· Carry out due diligence on competition and gain customers insights;
a. Create the value chain of the associated business
b. Review pricing strategies of the competition
c. Benchmark ourselves against competition and establish our cost competitiveness
d. Identity key stakeholders of the customers that could influence the business
e. Establish Excelitas positioning and its value proposition against competition.
f. Recommend and influence Business Line Team on current product mix and develop competitive price positioning
g. Conduct regular markets and customers analyses and updates on competition;
· Keep abreast and review market trends and demand fluctuations in assigned countries;
· Promptly consolidate product demand against forecast and establish the forecast discrepancies with re-deploying supplies and/or business strategies and contingency go-to-market plans;
· Utilize company CRM software to accurately maintained and updated promptly customers profiles as well as opportunities;
a. Ensure customer base are stored on the company CRM software. This work will include editing the data in support of company’s marketing activity
b. Update Opportunities on company CRM software accurately and regularly
c. Utilize company CRM software to track progress of agreed action plans and resolve business issues in a timely manner
· Maintain an accurate and punctual diary on the company shared calendar system (currently Outlook);
· Take part in exhibitions where required;
· Make every effort to maintain reasonable margins (gross profit) on all sales orders;
· Perform any other reasonable task as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
· Master/Degree in Engineering and/or equivalent;
· At least 8 years of relevant experience;
· Camera, Lighting, Detection and Optics market experiences preferred;
· Experience in Sales and Project Management;
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
· Ability to identify new business leads and develop strategic plans to pursue the opportunities;
· Excellent networking and relationship-building skills;
· Analytical and problem-solving abilities;
· An active team player.
