Reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Delivery, you will drive the definition of solutions, products and applications that are fit for purpose both functionally and technically. In this role, you need to ensure that solutions are delivered with the right technology and best possible design for the given scope. You will be the subject matter expert on product/applications in the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• To provide project update regularly against project plan to ensure visibility of project progress to ensure project completion in time and on budget.
• Translate business requirements to local business applications.
• To provide technical support to local business applications and liaise with ITS counterpart for EGAP application supports.
• To review the change request, implement and maintain approved local applications and reports according to changing business needs.
• To adhere to change management process.
• Provide requested ad hoc services on application.
• Provide training and advice of core/local applications to users.
• Liaise with third party software/hardware services providers as an extension of software development/support resources.
• To coordinate EGAP and local application deployments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Services (or equivalent)
• 3-5 years IT and business experience, preferably in logistics industry
• 3 years’ experience with Business or Systems Analysis responsibilities
• Proactive and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong teamwork / collaboration skills with good oral and written communication skills
• Broad understanding of business operations

Technical expertise in:

• Knowledge of all DHL core/local applications and expert in some of them (will be an advantage)
• Digitalization skill sets (e.g. Agile, cloud, RPA, analytics, Figma)

IT Governance and Budgeting

· Program management and IT governance for IT projects including monitoring of IT governance process and manage WH IT forums.

· Plan, drive, facilitate and execute Annual Budget exercise for WHs’ IT budgets. This involves working with HQ and Synapxe project managers and functional analysts including high-level understanding of applications.

· Lead and track programme milestones and deliverables through the define programme governance controls.

· Oversee in monitoring and managing institution’s IT portfolio budget, commitment, planned cash-flow expenditure and report actual utilization on a regular basis at Cluster level. Support and work with various teams to ensure compliance with campus governance, such as authorization process, MOH funding utilization, etc.

· Work collaboratively with various teams to act as a liaison between WH, NHG and central teams.

· Support, coordinate and work with various teams within Synapxe to cater for end-to-end needs of annual budget used by various teams including Synapxe Finance, PMO, WH Finance etc

· Advice, support and work with various teams to ensure compliance with IT governance, such as authorisation process.

· Support the CIO in monitoring and managing Cluster’s IT portfolio budget, commitment, planned cash-flow expenditure and actual utilization on a regular basis.

IT Budget

· Prepare Management reporting and provide analysis in IT project cost, IT budget and utilization and various financial analysis to clusters and institutions.

· Pro-actively support and assist programs in project costing, budget, financial analysis, transfer pricing matters and other ad-hoc financial requests.

· Support and assist cluster CIO Offices in project costing and budgets relating to cross cluster projects and maintenance cost (particularly transfer pricing matters).

· Oversee billing matters such as cash-flow expenditure forecast and utilization with analysis.

The Executive, Planning & Project contributes to the development of projects and culture building within NEON Creative. This individual will inherently support the realization of the work with the NEON creative team and its collaborators around the world while helping to create a vibrant internal culture.

The Executive, Planning & Project will be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects and day-to-day operation of the team. This individual will work closely with project team & corporate functions team within NEON to provide project and corporate administrative, co-ordination & general support under guidance and mentorship of the direct supervisor in order to achieve completion at the highest level of professional conduct and practice. Executive, Planning & Project’s duties and responsibilities

Project Co-ordination & Support (70%)

• Supports the overall administrative needs required for the full spectrum of Neon projects
• Co-ordinates general tasks, finance, and resource acquisition/allocation
• Contribute to the integration of the different stakeholders of NEON projects, from the internal team to external collaborators and vendors
• Supports the research and engagement of relevant creative collaborators and partners who will support the creative development of NEON projects
