The AI/Chatbot Executive will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and chatbot solutions within Contact Centre.

The IT support individual will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide backup and support to the IT Manager. • Assisting project managers with resource management challenges and process enhancements.
• Maintaining awareness of current and upcoming projects to strategize resource allocation.
• Collaborating with HR/Delivery departments on staff training, hiring forecasts, and offboarding processes.
• Documenting key processes such as weekly utilization reports.
• Engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Previous experience in consulting companies preferred.

Skills:

• Proficient in Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and functions.
• Experienced in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint and Thinkcell.
