We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Building Automation team in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Field Service Supervisor, your focus will be supporting the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take care of maintenance and servicing scope for contract site, with a focus on Building Management System (BMS)
• Validate customer request
• Educate customer and field technicians
• Write documentation used by field technicians
• Ensure Right and Fast Delivery
• Support Managers to delivers the management KPI and ensuring to deliver the Contract requirements and value to Honeywell clients

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree or higher education with significant relevant experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Field Service and Maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Building Management System (BMS), and Controller Programming such as Air Handling Unit (AHU), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Chiller Programming, etc.
• Willingness to travel to customer's sites island wide.
• Being able to follow flexible work schedule and respond to ad-hoc requests.

1. Business Growth & Client Management

-Support the Head of Sales at GVIG Singapore in expanding the Celblos OEM business and achieving annual sales targets.

-Maintain and grow existing client relationships by securing repeat orders and introducing new product concepts.

-Source new clients through proactive lead generation and utilize prior industry contacts.

2. Sales Support

-Create tailored pitches for clients and prepare product samples for their testing.

5. Product Knowledge & Financial Oversight

-Develop a thorough understanding of product formulations and specifications to support client needs effectively.

-Work with the finance team to ensure clients make timely payments, maintaining a smooth cash flow.

Requirements:

-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development.

· Coordinate lab tours for local and international visitors, and students.

• Identify and raise RFIs to clarify project details, resolve design conflicts, or address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to obtain timely responses to RFIs.
• Document and track the resolution of RFIs to ensure that issues are addressed and integrated into the project.
• Monitor project progress and document any delays or disruptions affecting the project schedule.
• Report delays to stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status and impact of the delays.
• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
