Position: Project Manager (Mechanical Trade)

• 6 Days Alternate Saturday Off, 8.45am-6pm
• Project Location at Sengkang / Punggol (Government Project, Institution)
• Salary: $6,000 - $7,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Project background: This role will be based at site office and the project is a higher institution. It will be north east (Punggol / Sengkang) of Singapore. We are a main contractor doing mainly on A&A works for institutions, mall or government project.

Requirements:

• Fine to commit 6 Workdays Alternate Saturday.
• At least 5 years' experience in civil mechanical trade with related project management experience.

Job Scopes:

• Planning, coordinating and supervising construction projects and completing them in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers and other professionals to determine the specifications of the project.
• Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.
• Overseeing the selection and purchase of materials and equipment needed for construction.
• Ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations, and communicating with regulators and inspectors throughout projects.
• Navigating and resolving any problems that might arise onsite, whether they relate to construction delays, safety concerns or cost overruns.
• Evaluating and managing risk, and periodically reporting the progress of projects to stakeholders.

KEY ACTIVITIES

Under a Project Director responsibility, the Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the project he/she takes care of.

Our Project manager are in charge of:

• Taking care of the project from the expression of needs to the final validation
• Following the project’s design (client need, functional specification, deliverables, etc.),
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects in accordance with client’s requirements (scope, schedule and costs)
• Delivering the project with the right quality, cost and schedule as required by the client
• Performing risk management to anticipate and minimize project risks and eventualities.
• Communicating on project’s progress (quality / cost / schedule) and report and escalate to management as needed.
• Taking care of the project’s profitability
• Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Our Project Manager could also be asked to:

• Negotiate services with suppliers
• Participate in responding to a request for proposals
• Assess and coach professionals working on the project
• Proofread and assimilate commitments required by the contract

PROFILE

• Great educational background, with a proven working experience of at least 3 years in Project Management
• Professional experience in Payment / finance industries or IT Domain, with strong knowledge in Project Management, Agile methodologies and PM tools & Software
• Experience with Transaction Banking and/or Bank Payments domain for multiple APAC countries.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and ability to coordinate teams including technical ones.
• Solid skilfulness, you have a great understanding of complex or matrix organizations
• Strong autonomy, meticulous and organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills: you are committed and know how to prioritize.
• Excellent leadership to affirm your convictions and make all stakeholders to meet a solution suitable for everyone.
• Ability to go from one project to another easily and to work with a massive number of people with various backgrounds, cultures and languages
• PMP certifications are a plus

Working days: Mon - Fri (office hours)

Work location: Central Area - Novena/ Chinatown/ Havelock / Clarke Quay (will be based in 1 of the office location)

Salary: $3000 per month

Contract duration: Immediate until December 2025 (subject to operations needs & individual performance)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls & site visit to ensure timely consent collection
• Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission
• Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted
• Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
• Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system
• Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in administrative & customer service
• Prior experience in call center environment will be beneficial
• Able to work in a fast paced environment & achieved assigned targets/KPIs
• Well spoken & good communication skills
• Proficient in MS office, especially Excel
