Your Mission:

• Produce SEO optimised business content for our SG blog, to to help fuel adoption of Wise by business customers
• You might expand to other locales and/or different target audiences in the long run, beyond just Business customers in Singapore
• Revisit, optimise and improve older articles to boost their performance
• Conduct keyword research to plan content that drives organic traffic to our blog and attract new business customers
• Edit copy - you’re not afraid to fix copy or make direct changes when necessary
• Find, coordinate and manage a bunch of talented freelance writers
• Own your content - from ideas to briefing, proofreading, editing and finally publishing articles: you will own every stage of the process
• Understand the wants, needs and pain points of our potential business customers
• Analyse the performance of your blog, write up an analysis, and use these findings to bring more growth
• Know and proactively monitor the competitor landscape in your locale
• Size up and prioritise content projects/initiatives based on high growth impact/potential
• Articulate and write-up the problem you're trying to solve as well as your hypothesis for how to fix it
• Strong collaboration within the SEO Content team as well as other relevant teams in Wise (ex. Product Manager for South East Asia)

About you:

• You speak and write English on a native level 
• You know the wants and pains of business customers in Singapore
• You have 2-3 years of SEO / B2B content and have brought a great impact in terms of number of new customers and revenue through your content (beyond just traffic)
• You are able to use different SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMRush and Looker (bonus)) and explain your analysis / findings to other people in an easy-to-understand way 
• You’re strategic and are used to building hypotheses / new initiatives backed by data 
• You know your way around words. From small copy changes to fixing blog articles in bulk, you’ll get it done
• If you have worked on B2B content for financial products in Singapore, that’s a huge plus
• You thrive more on autonomy than structure. You’re not afraid to take responsibility and ownership of your work

The Senior Director, Strategy, Business Planning and Operations of the AP Marketing group will be responsible for business and workforce planning, strategy development and execution, budget management, management and control of the strategic project portfolio, provision of business support to markets, including enhancing business processes to maximize internal and in-market performance.

This role is a key member of the AP Marketing leadership team, working closely with both hub and in market leads to facilitate planning, strategy and reporting activities.  This role is the key liaison between global Marketing & strategy function and the region, as well as a key member of the regional BPO network.  This role requires a strong commercial, financial and strategic mindset to ensure its successful delivery, and involves working closely with the various functional teams including Client Relationship Managers, Strategy, Product, Merchant Sales & Solutions and subject matter experts across the organization in the AP Region.

Business / Strategy

- Lead the AP Marketing group in business planning, strategy development, drive
