In charge of overall delivery and service, not limited to supporting the pre-sales work of the project, but also be responsible for the business indicators of delivery and service, the overall delivery situation and customer satisfaction.
The Project Manager is also responsible for building delivery and service to ensure the successful landing of various businesses.
Responsibilities:
1) Delivery Program Management
To ensure that the project is delivered to customers in a timely, accurate, high-quality and low-cost manner, so as to obtain high customer satisfaction
2) Business Goal Delivery
Responsible for all aspects of project delivery and service business goals, such as revenue, delivery cost and invoicing matter.
3) Contractual Delivery
In charge of promoting efficient and high-quality implementation of project contracts and promote contractual delivery to customers through the whole-process management of contract business (key clause control, invoicing, contract negotiation, handover, performance, change, etc.)., optimize customer experience and improve customer recognition;
4) Project Delivery
Responsible for monitoring, discovering project problems, and giving early warning and feedback in a timely manner, improving project operation level and delivery quality, ensuring successful project delivery and obtaining high customer satisfaction.
5) Delivery Resource Manager
Predict, plan and allocate project business volume and delivery resources, and complete the daily management of project delivery resources.
Detail activities :
The Professional service pre-sales activities include but not limited to
- Coordinates closely with internal product sales, sales support and engineering department to align solution.
- Support the contract negotiation and clarification.
- Provide the overall program/project timeline, resources plan and risk assessment.
- Review and highlight the SOC/Contract clauses (professional services) which will impact the overall project cost, schedule and customer satisfaction.
- To ensure all the deliverables after the contract has been agreed upon. The post-sales activities include but not limited to
- Develop e2e program, manage the day-to-day activities of multiple projects and engineers, communicate with partners/3rd party vendor and customer to ensure the deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters.
- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout program/project life cycle.
- Track and report on project milestone and provide status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead, coach and motivates project team members on a proactive basis.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project element.
- Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.
Requirements:
· A degree or diploma in an Engineering or Computer Technology discipline specialized in Communications Engineering, Computer & Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics •
· Knowledge in any of the below fields in 4G/5G mobile communications, cloud computing, network function virtualization, database, linux operating systems, IP networking domain knowledge, and IP network security will be an advantage. Minimum 4 years working experience in related field.
