As Business Development Manager you will be responsible to develop the Site in Singapore to create better utilization and cost efficiency of the assets by supporting, acquiring and leading Site enhancement projects within own site and external users.

• Working hours : Mon – Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm), Alt Sat (8.30am to 12.30pm)
• Comfortable to work night shift (6pm to 6am) and morning shift (7am to 4pm) when required

• 1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements
• 2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects
• 3) Rostering of monthly schedules
• 4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any
• 5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback
• 6) Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders
• 7) Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects
• 8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage
• 9) Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative
• 10) Candidate shall possess class 3 licence
• 11) Candidate shall respond to any business or projects assignment regardless of time in event of need

• Salary: Basic up to $3500 + AWS + VB

Job Scope:

• Support after-sales project order entry and order management
• Ensure customer expectation is met
• Attend off-site expediting/ inspection meetings whenever necessary
• Prepare/ Review expediting documents for status progress updates
• Take up ownership of orders delivery result
• Work with QA to resolve vendor’s quality issues and support after sales warranty activities
• Work closely with project documentation submission, tracking and approval process
• Support Finance on invoicing activities to close out payment issues
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering with 3 years’ experience, or similar and/or extensive relevant experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and industrial plants
• Experience with project expediting, supply and delivery with a sound understanding of expediting and inspection functions. Additional documentation experience will be an advantage
• Solid understanding of industry practices and ability to develop expediting plans
• Demonstrated technical ability in reading PO, technical specifications and data requirements
• Understand shipment incoterms and facilitating process
