In this role the candidate will be responsible for executing thermal guarantees of the assigned region portfolio of MYA contracts. • Act as a representative of channel strategy with internal and external business partners. Assist in the review and evaluation of business initiatives, product and projects with respect to formulate insights for senior business leaders.

• Assist with business strategy, controls and financial performance. Manage and execute a disciplined change management process.

• Lead workshops to elicit business needs and create requirement models. Interface with support teams and operations to solve challenging business pain-points.

• Develop and execute channel growth strategy & initiatives, planning, including opportunities to generate further value and partner retention

• Design, implement, and support KPIs for HR Services

• Mentor, guide, advise and/or check the work of less experienced Business Systems Analysts

1. Payroll:

· Calculate workforce wages and wages related components. Eg, salary, incentives, cpf.

· Check if all the necessary documents related to wages are presented and acknowledged. Eg leave forms.

· Track and manage loans.

· Key all the data into company’s computerised system and remuneration chart.

· Weekly discussion with key management on wages and add/amend accordingly as per instruction.

2. Invoicing:

· Issuing invoices.

· Track and manage invoices.

· Monitor receivables.

3. Payments

· Issuing payments for company expenses. Eg, rental, utility, vehicles.

· Membership payment.

· GST and other required payments.

4. Bank Statement verification

· Reconciliation invoices.

· Update cheque bud and debit card statement.

· Update the debited amount in company’s database.

· Prepare statements for audits.

5. Preparation of documents for the following months.

· Attendance chart.

· Remuneration chart.

· Birthday vouchers.

6. Internal Audits

· Prepare and maintain pending receivables- monthly.

· Prepare and maintain site costings- monthly.

· Prepare and maintain cashflow forecast- monthly.

· Present the above with analysis to key appointment holders.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Use statistical tools and techniques to interpret data and analyze results.
• Prepare and present detailed analytical reports for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand their analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.

Data Management:

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across different sources.
• Work with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and workflows.

Project Collaboration:

• Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate data analysis into product development and business strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data/business analyst role, preferably within the fintech industry.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights..
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
