JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for day-to-day business data management and regular business report preparations, which includes SAP material master maintenance, data integrity checking and statistics.
• Daily monitoring of basic system health and to flag out any inconsistency in API/System functions when found/reported.
• Daily monitoring of system backend jobs and ensure transactional data are interfacing in healthy state with external/internal system.
• To support Business Analytics, extracting and reorganizing original data, dealing with data related issues with other departments.

PURPOSE: 

• Lead / Support FBAP group legal accounting consolidation process ensuring accounting compliance for the group
• Support preparation of FBAP legal accounting book ensuring compliance with all local accounting, tax and regulatory requirements and standards

The Business Risk and Control Officer will be a key member of the Legal Risk & Control Team supporting both the Legal Department and the Regulatory Strategy and Policy (RSP) team with focus on the Global Assessment Unit coordination role as well as supporting the implementation and execution of new BAU transformation processes to ensure appropriate adherence to firm-wide initiatives and requirements, including operational and compliance risk management programs.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Help contribute to governance and the facilitation of the execution of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA, i.e.. Risk & Control Self-Assessment) as required by the MCA Standard including the assessment and appropriate approval of risk associated with business changes. 
• Support teams in the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the implementation of the Control Framework, including Risk Control Policy, Control Standard, Issue Management Policy, Lesson Learned Policy and Control Inventory.

You will work as an integral part of the laboratory operations team, providing support to the laboratory manager in operations and related laboratory duties such as core equipment training, procurement and safety matters. The Clinical Project Manager (CPM) plays a key role in managing day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large-scale clinical projects executed by HistoIndex. Supporting the pursuit of new business through crafting transition and transformation plans as part of the proposal and projecting strong project management competency.
