In this role, your responsibilities will include driving initiatives in one or more of the following aspects:

Incentive development & administration

• Review, enhance and manage a suite of incentives to ensure governance and competitiveness

Qualifications:

Education:

Experience:

• Previous leadership experience, preferably at a director or senior management level.
• Experience in Education domain and Training industry.
