• Assist in external parties queries (Audit / Tax / Corp Sect / Iras)
• Assist in preparation of AGM documents
• Prepare Quarterly Financial Pack and Quarterly Revaluation
• Weekly and Monthly Cash flow forecast
• Withholding Tax submission
• Government Survey
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or professional certificate such as ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in similar capacity in MNC environment
• Familiar with Accounting procedure and knowledge in Singapore Accounting Standard
• Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup)
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, Hands on, well organized, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently
• A team player who is able to deliver under tight deadlines

• Research activities related to Quantum photonics.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in either material science or applied physics or relevant subject from well-established universities/institutes.
• Highly motivated in multidisciplinary research with proven experience in Quantum photonics.

Job Descriptions

• Plan and co-ordinate on the project progress and schedule and ensure timely completion
• Attend project meeting and prepare report for project progress update
• Prepare project budget and cost estimation
• Coordinate and plan to achieve project milestones, project deliverables and schedule monitoring
• Manage, control and monitor all project activities such as engineering design, site execution, testing and commissioning of project
• Prepare / review as built iso for claim purpose, follow up with client for any outstanding DO issued
• To prepare progress claim report and submit progress claim documents according to client requirement
• To prepare operations and maintenance manual after project completion
• To coordinate with inter-departments for operations matters (procurement, engineering, group office)

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Familiarity with semi-conductor/construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedure (PQR/WPS) will be an added advantage
• Multi-tasking team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Attended QEHS related awareness training

Scope of Resposibilities

· Report directly to the Project Manager.
