ABOUT THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose (Job Summary):

Work Experience / Knowledge:

Role Overview

The DevOps Engineer will be leading the development and adoption of automated software and Infrastructure delivery for TP ICAP’s platforms

The role requires a business minded, highly collaborative, team-focussed DevSecOps engineer with exceptional communication skills to work with developers in DevOps principles.

Role Responsibilities

· Support the business in adopting processes and techniques to support an agile delivery model

· Work with architects, developers, testers and operations to automate builds, deployment and release of applications running on-premise and cloud

· Engineer tooling required for CI/CD and observability to provide guidance on industry best practices for software deployment and development

· Assist and architect where appropriate Microservices using containerisation and serverless technologies

· Be the key automation driver for Environment management, logging and monitoring

· Engage with vendors and service providers to build strong relationships that can be leveraged by directly influencing products and services in the interest of the company, enabling the negotiation of favourable terms and extracting the best possible use of external resources

As a Business Development Manager for our Strategic Portfolio Mgt (SPM), team, you will play a pivotal role in helping the APJ Sales Leadership define, shape, and execute our SPM strategy across the APJ region.

You will help roll out initiatives that contribute to market success of ServiceNow's SPM products and will work closely with Major Area leadership to define and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) priorities including growth, upsell/cross sell motions, and health/adoption focus. • Responsible with tabulation and reporting of monthly warranty support cost across Sales Companies and Product categories.

• Analyse the reason of gap (if any) between Actualized spending vs Planning.
• Responsible on data update and maintenance in warranty cost recording system (TM1, SAP)
• Support Extended Warranty function.
• Support the setup of extended warranty package and price for products.
• Support respective Business Units Go-To Market strategies with the right, compliant and efficient processes.
• Support extended warranty cost and profitability reporting and analysis.
• Provide prompt support to the management and team for any other assignments/duties that are required based on business needs.
• Timely submission of AS cost monthly/BP/FC reporting to Finance.
• Provide quality review/analysis/reporting of Warranty cost.
• Ensuring ESCs and Product Group cost ratio are actualized to target.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance/Management
• Strong data analysis skill, especially dealing with cost/ profit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Dashboard (Power BI/Lumira).
• Working experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Minimum 3 years after-sales service, especially within the scope of cost forecast/ management and extended warranty related function.
