The Chemical Control and Management Department (CCMD) of PCD1 oversees the management of hazardous substances and toxic industrial wastes to safeguard Singapore’s environment and public health. You will be part of the team in CCMD for managing and reviewing regulatory controls on hazardous substances.

What you will be working on

Your primary job responsibilities will include the following:

• Develop, review and enhance policies and regulatory frameworks to ensure environmentally sound management of chemicals that are controlled as hazardous substances under the Environmental Protection Management Act and its relevant regulations
