PURPOSE AND SCOPE

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Manager to manage long-term and short-term energy solutions to data centre clients, including hyperscalers and colocation players. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Manager / Senior Manager position will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of the energy transition businesses within Sembcorp. You will be part of a team in developing solutions for both new and existing customers, with a focus on sustainability. Specifically, you will need to work closely with internal and external collaborators to: (i) identify potential novel technologies for generating low carbon energy (e.g. ammonia fired power and thermal power with carbon capture), (ii) identify attractive low carbon business opportunities across the carbon capture, utilisation, and storage value chain, and (iii) participate Government’s low carbon energy projects. This role is the key liaison between global Corporate Communication function and the region, as well as a key member of the regional BPO network.  This role requires sound commercial and strategic mindset, as well as strong organizational and influencing skills to ensure its successful delivery, as it involves working closely with the various functional teams and subject matter experts across the organization in the AP Region.

In this role, you are expected to:

Business / Strategy

• Lead the AP Corporate Communication group in business planning, strategy development, drive effective leadership and operations through management of key business processes.
