Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on Custody operations.
• Strong knowledge of Custody operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with project management and business process improvement methodologies.

Manage project construction activities and progress independently

Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure that they meet project requirements and industry standards.

Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the prescribed standards.

Communicates effectively with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to identify needs and evaluate alternative Project solutions.

Attend meetings as required to ensure the compliance with the overall project standards, procedures requirements and resolved issued.

Assist in selection of quality subcontractors, suppliers and vendors in the negotiation of their terms and conditions of engagement with the Procurement team.

Prepare progress report and work schedule

Regularly inspect the site progress and provide guidance to the project and construction management teams on best practices and efficiencies on scheduling and processes.

Review and endorse subcontract documents, progress & variation works claims to customers.

Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on sire

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

At least 5 years of relevant working experience at managerial level in the Civil / Building/ Construction Industry.

Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and effectively communicate with others.

Outstanding organization, coordination and leadership skills.

Junior Relationship Manager, Private Wealth & Institutional Business

Responsibilities

• As a member of trading and investment advisory function for Private Wealth & Institutional Business, contribute to the region’s growth strategy by actively servicing the emerging tier of HNW and institutional clients and growing the AUM.
