• Ensure that the construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems align with construction plans and drawings.
• Document action items and follow-ups from project meetings.
• Promote safety and sustainability practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive tender and baseline programs, manpower charts, resources charts, and equipment charts
• Collaborate with the Project Team to formulate project start-up and execution plans, which includes programming plans, program narratives, and program write-ups
• Generate S-Curves, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to effectively monitor project progress
• Plan and consistently update target programs and micro programs
• Prepare scope appreciation presentation
• Monitor construction program progress and produce monthly and weekly progress reports
• Keep updated on the construction industry practices and standards and recommend ways to improve the planning and scheduling systems

Requirements

• A relevant bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for the construction industry
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project software
• Good knowledge of construction in building, civil and infrastructure construction sequence
• Demonstrate ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong independent work ethic and self-motivation
• Familiar with LTA programme requirements will be an advantage

Summary

The Project coordinator will function as the administative support to the Projet Manager and the project team. The coordinator will become the point of reference and contact. Assigned to keep schedule, documents and information.

Responsibilities

· To coordinating the project team by managing the filing of important documents, maintaining important data such as storing and sorting of sales function related data in electronic form, and communicating relevant information for smooth sales operations.

· To support project scopes and to review technical drawings and address technical discrepancies with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project proposals and execution.

· To support project progression, forecast costs, and coordinate resource allocation and planning.

· To support project team to oversee daily site operations and participate in meetings with subcontractors and technical teams to verify compliance with project specifications and timelines.

· To support the Project Manager by coordinating with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project objectives are met.

· To facilitate regular meetings with project team member to review progress and address issues.

· To maintain standards for project monitoring, including design, construction timelines, cost control, and information systems.
