JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the MD you will be responsible to provide business support to sales, admin and customer service team.
• Handle clients’ complaints and divert to the relevant personnel to resolve them in the fastest ways.
• Responsible for all sales and trading contracts with external clients.
• Bookkeeping, responsible for recording and maintaining a business financial transaction, such as purchases expenses, sales revenue, invoices and payments.
• Prepare sales contract & invoice.
• Update Inventory List
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• Provide quotations to clients and follow up closely with the objective of securing the order.
• Build a personalized relationship with all our clients.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Diploma or Degree qualification
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Requirement:

1. Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;

• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and a team player
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
