Client is a Real Estate firm which manages malls island-wide. This role is a 1-year contract, location is in the West.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the Repainting Works for the Malls and ensure timely completion within the approved budget and comply with the contract specifications.
• Identify building defects and instruct operation staff (handyman, plumber, cleaners, and maintenance personnel) to carry out repair works for the building.
• Obtain quotations and make recommendations and oversee the execution of building defect improvement works.

• Review risk assessment submitted by the tenant and/ or the fit-out contractor, before granting the approval to commence the work by the Operations Manager
• Provide support to Marketing on relevant issues relating to operation and tenancy matters including leasing matters.
• Collection of tenancy fit out payments to forward to Accounts accordingly.
• Approve payment documents (eg. invoices) and forward to Accounts for processing
• Keep tenants update and inform of any works or disruptions, as well as operational matters which may affect them through general circulars.
• Arrange and coordinate with tenants on operational/ tenancy issues or maintenance works, eg. timber floor varnishing, maintenance / polishing of terrazzo floor, power shut down.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
• At least two years’ experience in similar capacity of shopping mall building/facilities management.
