You will work closely with the Manager and team members of Manpower Planning Unit in supporting the following areas:

1) Manpower Governance

• Execution of guidelines and directives for review of manpower requirements at the annual Budget and Workplan exercise.
• Facilitation of the review of manpower requests at review panel based on prevailing manpower directives and guidelines.
• Proper and accurate maintenance of positions in HRIS and perform audits regularly

2) Manpower Planning

• Implementation of Hospital Staffing Plan to support the Hospital’s objectives by working with departments on their staffing needs, and partnering with other HR partners to monitor staffing status.
• Strategic planning and projections to meet manpower requirements for new infrastructure or services to ensure a pipeline of adequate healthcare professional manpower.

3) Reporting and Analytics

• Data extraction and analysis of manpower statistics, maintenance of dashboard and submission of reports to internal and external agencies.
• Perform horizon scanning and review manpower trends.

Job requirements

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Capital Management
• At least 2 years relevant experience. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior position.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Have an organisational perspective and understanding of the organisational structure.
• Meticulous with a flair for numbers and a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Work with in-house design & construction management team and report to the senior management team.
• Assist the Project Manager in assigned project(s) and be responsible for cost, delivery, quality, safety and environmental matters.
• Assist the Project Manager to manage consultants, contractors, vendors based on the various needs of the assigned project(s)
• Work with management on ad-hoc assignments such as feasibility study, due diligence check, direct procurement, maintenance study, R&D activities etc.

skills & experience required

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Architecture, C&S or M&E Engineering, Construction Management or relevant field.
• About 5 years’ hands-on experience with Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI), New Build and D&B projects either in consultancy/developer.
• Keen interest in sustainability within the built environment and familiar with prevailing BCA Green Mark / LEED requirements
• Familiar with SIA and REDAS form of contracts and Collaborative Contracting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Project Management software
• Preferable to have experience in developing/implementing BIM standards, protocols, workflows and establishing BIM execution plan
