Primary Responsibilities

100% - Meeting Operations; Audit the final billing, invoice backup, and budget entries for all meetings in scope for the region. Compare hotel contract terms and concessions to hotel bills, assuring terms and concessions are reflected. Audit final budget summaries and savings capture forms to confirm that both are accurate and entered the client tracking system correctly. Communicate errors to outsourced suppliers, confirm corrections are made, and track corrections. Track discrepancies in the system and provide reports as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Meetings Industry, preferably pharmaceutical meetings is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
