The Business Analyst/Project Manager role in corporate technology is a critical function. The team is responsible for requirements documentation, project delivery, program management, domain knowledge, and collaboration with all teams involved in the software development lifecycle. The team covers all post-trade support including all middle office and back office functions: trade capture, position keeping, operations, treasury, finance, compliance, human resources, investor relations, procurement, etc. This particular role will be focused heavily on Regulatory reporting and compliance leading the MAS and supporting the MIFID reporting efforts.

Principal Responsibilities

• Project delivery of corporate technology-sponsored and business-driven projects

• Develop and document business requirements for regulatory initiatives including understanding the regulations and documentation of the interpretation and rules associated with the implementation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to MAS reporting and develop technical solutions accordingly.

• Data analysis on specific requirements for technology projects

• Communication of requirements to development and testing teams

• Developing and enforcing project governance for various initiatives and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test plans, data dictionaries, and user guides.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• 7+ years of hands on experience with business analysis in financial services

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting space (MAS experience a plus)

• Proven track record of hands-on project delivery experience across the SDLC at an Investment Bank, Software Vendor, Exchange or ATS, or Buy Side Firm

• Experience with development methodologies including waterfall or agile

• Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams / functional areas

• Ability to communicate at detailed levels to development teams and users and executive updates to senior stakeholders.

• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential reporting issues

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and propose innovative solutions

· Responsible for prospecting, identifying and establishing new clients.

· Expand customer base and increase market share by constantly following up with clients on electrical power system and server room requirements.

• To monitor and follow up existing customers on Electrical Installation License for renewal before expiry date.
• Coordinate and liaise with site respective officers (PE) or site supervisor on detail drawings, Layout planning and understand the site requirement.

· To prepare, submit and follow up applications through the “Approval of Authority” related to government agencies or authority.

· To prepare and maintain all project management documentation in accordance to company’s best practices

· To assist in planning, monitoring & reporting of projects’ work in progress and ensure successful completion within planned timeline.

• To assist in preparation of the electrical products data & draw Engineering Drawing in AutoCAD (2D, 3D).
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the clients, project team, supplier, and sub-contractors.
• Attending industry workshops, seminars, exhibitions and related networking sessions to gather Market Research and Promote awareness of company’s products and services.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the procurement of necessary resources for assigned projects.
• Apply contemporary practices in construction methodology to complete assigned works in compliance with client expectations, company objectives, and all contractual obligations.
• Oversee construction planning, programming, and completion schedules.
• Engagement of subcontractors, management of subcontractor's work to achieve outcomes, and all major subcontract variations.
• Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of a construction management plan.
• Monitor progress, ensure that work quality and techniques are of a high standard, and report regularly on project performance and cost against company objectives.
• Ensure correct supervisory levels, construction costs, schedule, and change management.
• Ensure that requirements and risk controls are considered in all construction planning and processes.
• Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged and that beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community, and other external parties are developed and maintained.
• Perform all duties in accordance with CHEC policies, processes, systems, and procedures.
• The Coordination Manager shall take charge of all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs) and be responsible to manage project coordinators relating to civil /structural, architectural and E&M.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a recognized Engineering Degree
• At least 8 years experience in managing Civil, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works of similar scale and complexity.
• Experienced in BIM and managing interfaces for the design and construction of transit projects; having a full understanding of the design and approval process as well as the BCA TOP process.
• Min 5-12 years of related experience on LTA - MRT or any Civil Infrastructure projects in Singapore
• Relevant coordination experience with Government Agencies
