Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

· Support to all project phases, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Understand Regulatory Requirements:

· Conduct thorough research to understand the regulatory framework and requirements set by government agencies related to environmental permits, zoning laws, construction codes, and safety standards.

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.

· Review regular progress reports, presentations, and updates for project stakeholders and management.

Procurement and Resource Management:

· Identify and procure necessary materials, equipment, and services in coordination with procurement teams and vendors.

· Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and subcontractors, to optimize project performance and efficiency.

Budgeting and Cost Management:

Risk Management and Compliance:

Technical Oversight:

· Provide technical guidance and expertise on Rotary Kiln systems and incineration technologies.

· Participate in quality control inspections and audits to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.

· Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and health and safety protocols.

Compliance Monitoring and Reporting:

· Implement robust monitoring systems to track and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and permit conditions.

· Prepare and submit regular compliance reports, monitoring data, and documentation as required by government agencies.

Build Positive Relationships:

Japanese Reporting to Headquarters:

· Ensure accurate and timely reporting to headquarters in Japan, including financial reports, operational updates, and strategic initiatives.

· Facilitate communication and collaboration between the headquarters and local teams to support business objectives and alignment with global strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related field). Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in project coordination, construction management, or related roles in the industrial sector.
• Knowledge of Rotary Kiln, incineration technologies, and engineering principles.

• Coordinate with business unit for timely and complete submission of security access control documents/access applications, per security global standards
• Providing helpdesk support and assistance to business units in their project submissions
• Execute all access record programming functions for Citi plan and Citi works
• Fulfil all update for access date records timely (i.e clearnace codes, cardholders, OLAE matrixes etc) as and when required
• Provide security administrative support to project manager and lead for Citi plan and Citi works
