1. Identify opportunities and develop strategies and initiatives that are aimed at maximizing ROIC and enhancing overall business performance. These would include initiatives that would drive uplift in revenue, optimize operating costs/capex or streamline financial/business processes.
2. Set up squad, develop action plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement those initiatives.
3. Monitor and track the progress of those initiatives, with regular updates to steerco and key stakeholders.
4. Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitors performance to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification. entry level are also welcome to apply, but 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry can be beneficial.
