• Issue project Financial & Technical status report to customer on a regular basis
• Monitor project: general progress, planed hours # budget, financial performance, R&O, implement mitigation strategies, payment milestones, AWRs, warranty cases.
• Ensure that all additional work is quoted in a timely manner and that customers receive regular updates
• Point of contact for customers’ enquiry, manage customers’ requests or disputes and determine if further escalation is required
• Support Operation and shops supervisors and leaders during the maintenance project
• Work closely together with the billing department releasing down payment, invoices and credit notes (if necessary) as per contract agreement
• Track payments and financial status (GP%) of the project and manage close communication with customer together with the finance department
• Coordinate all required paperwork and documentation for the release to service of the AC (Job cards, work report, logbook, etc.)

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a functional area or relevant work experience in aviation
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in aviation
• Technical knowledge in aviation
