This role require to run mid-size projects, while helping with the tracking of the Core Banking portfolio.
Experience does not have to be huge; few years in delivery area with project management responsibility should be enough)
Responsibility for project portfolio tracking (where candidate was accountable for group of projects in terms of their dashboarding etc) would be a bonus
Critical: scripting or programming skills at the level allowing to write simple programs (i.e. Python or Excel VBA) and be able to retrieve data from JIRA, enrich it and visualise

Typical use case
Extract list of STORIES from JIRA to Excel and write Excel VBA script, which uses JIRA APIs, to add number of defects and number of test cases linked to each story
Or: extract list of defects and write the Excel VBA script, which (using JIRA APIs) reads the number of times a defect changes status from IN PROGRESS to READY FOR UAT
Very nice to have: some basic data analytical skills

Typical use case:
Extract data from JIRA and use Excel’s Power Query or – even better – Power BI to clean the data and create typical project dashboards (burn down charts, cumulative charts etc)
Use Easy BI for analysis of project parameters

Qualification
•  Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in computer science / relevant degree

• Take ownership and implement the agreed-upon strategy and account plan to boost services revenue, in line with the business potential of the targeted accounts.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5 years of total relevant experience in IT services & solutions / talent management / IT staff augmentation services within Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of local work experience in client services/large client account management are very much required.
• A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or any business/HR/engineering discipline is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

• To carry out thorough review and verify all project-related drawings (including working drawings, shop drawings, authority submission drawings, and as-built drawings) and specifications for all Works. Promptly identify and address any discrepancies or potential issues before the commencement and throughout the progression of ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical, Fire Protection System, C&S works, and architectural works/activities on site.
• To carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.
• To ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• To liaise with the contractors in the coordination of site works and resolving site installation problems.
• Maintain a daily site records and submit weekly progress report with photographs to the Consultant/Project Lead.
• To proactively highlight issue and any unusual site findings to the Consultant/Project Lead to ensure solutions or directions are given in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing.
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred.
• Possess at least 3 years of site supervision experience, preferably in building works.
• Familiar with local codes and regulations, as well as technical knowledge.
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and report.
