Position Overview:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for promoting and educating customers on our wide range of high-end perfumes. You will be the bridge between our brand and the customers, creating an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
Give out samplings and assisting customers.

About the role

Reporting to the Regional Credit Manager, this intern will be part of a larger team within the Asia Pacific Finance department, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to minimise company financial risk and assist in enforcing existing policies and procedures. This 6-month full-time internship commences December 2024/January 2025.

What you will be doing

• Ensure monthly Credit Management Reporting is submitted to Regional Management/HQ on timely basis
• Assist the Regional Credit Management team to request and pursue payment on delinquent/Close monitoring accounts via communication with account holder
• Review and update account status according to established guidelines
• Maintains log of payment promises and pertinent account details; schedules follow-up communication with account holder
• Responsible for handling the collection activity for delinquent accounts and enforcing collection policies & procedures
• Follow up with internal customers & external customers to ensure overdue amounts are paid promptly

• Prepare and send monthly statements of account & reminder letter to customers/internal customers

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Assisting in cargo transport and engineering for any types of cargo on various vessels.

· Providing transport engineering solutions in areas such as heavy lifting, sea-fastening, ship stability and structural analysis.

· Preparing and updating cargo stowage, lifting, sea-fastening and other relevant operational plans

· Providing technical support, advice, and solutions to the commercial and chartering teams in transport cargo projects tenders and enquiries.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent

· Knowledge and experience in Finite Element Analysis and relevant design standards, motion response, calculations such as stability, structural and strength verification, and structural design and drawings for Classification Society approvals.

· Demonstrated knowledge of Class Societies, Ship Classification Rules, and IMO Rules.

· Skills in AutoCAD and FEA software such as Ansys etc, are required.

Professional Skills

· Preferably having more than 5 years of related experience with cargo planning, structural analysis, and project management.

Job Objectives

Business Analyst for corporate internet banking

Key Responsibilities

· Requirements Analysis & Elicitation

· Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based on the business requirements document

· Analyze and document the “to-be” business and operation processes based on the agreed requirements and / or function points, perform impact assessment and estimation

· Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope-creep

· Team Collaboration

· Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

· Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.

· Facilitate / provide “Train-the-Trainer” on application enhancements

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application features and processes (subject matter expertise)

· Testing & Scope Management

· Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)

· Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request

· Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices.

· Strong negotiation skills

· Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong working knowledge of relevant applications and development life cycles

Key Requirements:

Mandatory is:

· Experience in Business Analysis. 8-10 years

· Experience in Digital Channels and in transaction banking. 5 years+

· Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience

· Capturing, analyzing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories

· Agile product development experience

Nice to have is:

· Detailed Knowledge in how Payments work in Singapore vs Malaysia vs Hong Kong (regulatory too)

· Knowledge of features offered by competitors such as DBS / Citibank etc

· Knowledge of Technology trends eg. how does a digital bank approach digital channels

· API /SWIFT experience

Personal Qualities:

· Articulate well. Clarity in analyzing and writing business requirements

· Not an order taker, able to push back complex build needs and offer alternate solutions

· A great team player. Collaborate and communicate well with the other BAs

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Strong presentation and meeting skills

· Proactive and has initiative to thrive in a fast paced environment to deliver and meet deadlines

· Highly resourceful and self-motivated

MUST HAVE: Hands-on experience as in has written user stories and please state # of stories written (approximate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, to meet client requirements and organizational objectives.Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively address client concerns and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and efficient resource allocation.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team by providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Oversee marine-specific construction activities such as dredging, piling, seawall construction, and other infrastructure developments.
• Ensure compliance with marine construction regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders, including progress updates, financial summaries, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, milestones, and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, including full project lifecycle management and client interaction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of marine construction techniques, equipment, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships and contracts.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
