JOB SUMMARY

Leads and operates Information Technology (IT) discipline for properties and managed offices in scope. Manages a team of IT resources and is accountable for day-to-day hotel and company office IT operations. Provides support to operations leaders for owner relations and negotiations on IT matters. The position provides a professional Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) handover experience for our customers, ensure timely rectification of defects and resolve customers’ complaints satisfactorily, such that the organizational objective of providing quality and unsurpassed service is met.

The Schulte Group Management Trainee Programme seeks to accelerate the development of recent graduates through a dynamic working environment as they plan to build their career in years to come. The program helps them towards becoming well-rounded, global professionals through a combination of learning techniques that will help them build excellent foundations.

Trainees can look forward to a rotational program, over a period of 18 to 24 months, to work across the Group’s business units and subsidiaries among different departments, companies and countries and onboard our vessels.
