About the role

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of Performance team and you will report to the Director, Head of Performance Management. The objective of this role is to drive insight of the Performance of the Global Procurement function in Telenor. In order to succeed, you will need to use your analytical capabilities to provide stakeholders with the story line of how Procurement contributes to the financial performance of Telenor Group.

The candidate will be accountable for ensuring the work required, such as submittals, RFI’s, coordination drawings, updating documents, etc, are complete, ready and approved for the CSA subcontractors to perform their scope of work in the strictest of compliance to the contract documents.  This role is focused on managing the CSA subcontractors' field operations and installation details for a large complex data center project, having stringent technical requirements.  

It is expected that the candidate will be a very detail-oriented individual with previous experience working as a CSA project engineer on data centre projects and/or other complex technical projects.  There will be a significant amount of “hands-on” work coordinating approved design documents and ensuring installed work in the field complies with such documents.  The candidate must have robust Emotional Quotient (EQ) skills and be able to relate to and communicate with the client, the Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. team, and subcontractors of all tiers and vendors and immediately establish trust and confidence in his/her ability.
