Role Summary: To manage and assist with the daily operation needs of managing the fleets.

Role and Responsibilities:

Protection & Indemnity (P&I) and Hull & Machinery (H&M) Insurances

• Certifications – all to be issued on time, reporting to Managers on issuance/renewals/re-issuance in advance (including new takeovers and change of management);
• Claims – maintains Running Sheets and emails to respective managers on the 6th of every month;
• Reimbursements – maintains Running Sheets and emails to respective managers on the 6th of every month;

Charter Party (CP)

• Standard CP format for both Internal and External Charterers to be prepared and vetted by Legal department;
• All CPs to be signed prior to engagement;

Requirements:

Position Summary: Analytics, AI, and Digital Overlay Sales lead - APJ

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Overlay sales lead for Analytics, AI, and Digital in the APJ region In this role, you will be supporting and overlaying the core sales teams as a subject matter expert and co-responsible for creating and executing a strategic sales plan aligned with the goals of the International CEA and Digital organization. Reporting to the Director for APJ, ME, and ANZ, you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue for NICE's AI, Analytics, and Digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with the objectives of the International CEA and Digital organization.

Sales Revenue Management: Drive and manage sales revenue for NICE's AI, Analytics, and Digital solutions in the APAC region, excluding ANZ.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with core selling teams and dedicated PreSales personnel for Digital and Analytics to ensure seamless integration and effective sales processes.

End-to-End Sales Management: Take charge of the CEA/Digital and AI sales process, from initial client contact through successful product implementation, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of customer needs. In collaborative selling motions you will be able to contribute and guide the core selling teams with sales leadership specific to your portfolio.

The Company:

Our client, a reputable digital health solutions business, is seeking a skilled senior business development consultant, to enhance the company’s customer engagement, support and implementation of their strategic sales, marketing, and business development activities. This role will be based in Singapore and will report directly to the Business Development Lead of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and structure strategic planning, sales management, and customer delivery process
• Relationship mapping to enhance activities which promote pipeline growth.
• Supporting sales, consulting and client engagement processes whilst also fostering relationships between stakeholders and clients
• Develop delivery roadmaps, timelines as well as supporting product development.
• Build and promote relationships with key strategic partners.

Requirements:

• University degree ideally with 8 -12 years of relevant working experience. Strong skills in consulting and business development are essential.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the areas of healthcare/health insurance, Digital and tech solutions
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Agile, Organized resourceful with a high degree of initiative and proactiveness. Experience working in a start-up would be advantageous.

One of the biggest listed companies in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner to join their fast-growing organisation.

This is a hybrid finance role which encompasses accounting, as well as a mix of FP&A and business partnering (e.g budgeting, forecasting, and conducting mid-long term strategic plans). You will be part of monthly financial presentations and collaborating with various stakeholders to provide in-depth analysis. Additionally, you will oversee external and internal audits as well as special projects when needed.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy and Finance and be CA or CPA certified. A minimum of 8 years of relevant hybrid finance experience (mix of FP&A business partnering and controllership) is ideal. You should come from the relevant industry of either IT or Data Centres, and be able to handle high revenue projects.
