Part of the Business Development Team to lead and manage mobility projects including development, planning and executions of solutions.
Job Description
• Act as a focal point for the development, management and execution and maintenance of critical projects, including, but not limited to, strategic initiatives, business development plans, services/solutions planning, and other projects deemed necessary by TMAP
• Execute day-to-day tasks and wider initiatives that support and drive the strategic direction and growth of the business
• Supports Global/regional technical solutions rollout to SEA region
• Support project implementation to ensure that the project is delivered and met to the project objectives
• Support connectivity & new mobility business execution including initial idea & concept building.
• Evaluate and propose DCM/connectivity device model's spec considering market and customers
• Develop roadmaps and trackers for all projects, identifying key deliverables, timelines
• Work closely with Technical team and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the integration of various sub-systems
• Support implementation and post implementation activities
• Collaborate with Technical Team to define system functional requirements into technical requirements for development
• Serves as a liaison and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and transition of the project
• Managing expectations for the delivery of the project and escalating issues as early as possible to senior management to enable appropriate corrective action to be taken
• Create, improve and/or enhance the connected services in SEA region for future business
• Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge
• Own the ownership of projects, solutions and any other key portfolios within the organization
• Support other strategic initiatives projects as assigned by Management
Job Requirement
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• 4 - 6 years of business development, product planning, connectivity with IT projects management experience and/or with proven expertise in IT software
• Good business acumen with excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into technical solutions
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of project SDLC preferably in implementation of solutions.
• Working knowledge with IOT/connectivity device, front-end, back-end systems design and application API
• Working knowledge of server, data storage, firmware, software, hardware and mobile application
• Experience in smart solutions/connectivity, IT Technologies, MaaS and IoT
• Good initiator with strong multi-task and time management skill
• Strong communication ability (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all level of stakeholders across functions to drive and facilitate requirement study
• Meticulous, self-motivated, team-work spirit and able to work under pressure
• A team player with leadership quality, high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive
• Ability to adopt a “think global, act local” approach
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
• Ability to travel to SEA Region
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, multicultural, and result-oriented environment
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and willing to work overtime when required
