• Territory identification and research, to formalize a go to market territory strategy and create qualified target account list within 30 days.
• Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence. Adequate pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated territory.
• Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources including sales engineers, senior executives and partners.
• Periodic update of the Ingram sales reporting and pipeline reports including hosting of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). This includes accurate monthly forecasting and booking delivery.
• Continuous improvement in self-research, learning and readiness on the new Ingram product offerings.

Requirement:

• Successful track record of new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent over achievement against targets.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the planning and implementation of the project from working with Creative, Research, and Development on materials to use, fabrication and installation.
• Take charge to appoint the most appropriate suppliers and contractors that can deliver quality work and best pricing.
• Identify the resource requirements and assign individual responsibilities; ensuring that the project is delivered according to specified standards and within agreed schedule.
• Manage project budget and cost management.
• Be client-facing and be accountable for identifying client requirements and proactively managing client expectations, timelines, and deliverables by keeping communication with client and engaging them with a positive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experiences.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, as you are the connection between client and team.
• Able to read technical drawings and understand production requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilites:

• Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of projects by the site teams and contractors at all times. Identify problems and recommend areas for improvement.
• Assist in tendering for new consultancy projects.
• Coordinate closely with in-house Designer, QS team and manufacturing team.
• Work closely with contractor, sub-contractor and building management.
• Any other related duties as assigned from time to time.
• Candidate must hardworking and able to work independently and under pressure.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore commercial interior design environment
• Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
• Handling of Project independently from Inception through Completion
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max/Viz and Adobe Photoshop
• Good knowledge of space planning, construction drawings and implement them
