· Review drawings and scope of works, resolve technical issues with clients and subcontractors.

· Monitor overall site progress, schedule critical work paths to avoid delay in project schedule.

· Ensure specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule.

· Perform day-to-day site management, supervise, monitor work progress and site workforce.

You will be responsible to drive high performance athlete life planning and life coaching support for all Team Singapore athletes across priority sports and lead a team of Athlete Life Managers (ALM) to deliver the Athlete Life framework that supports high performance sports development. Your role also includes overseeing the effective functioning of the Athlete Service Centre as a space for all athlete-related services, as well as developing resources/programmes to educate and engage athletes.

Requirements:

• A professional Degree

1.Grant Management

• Provide manpower projections to relevant stakeholders and ensure Expenditure of Manpower (EOM) are optimised.

• Oversee and consolidate monthly Headcount reconciliation and run ad hoc reports required for manpower budgeting.
• Ensure right charging for bonus re-fractionation.

2.Fund Requisition (FR)

• Prepare and submit FR (EOM breakdown and projections).
• Ensure EOM breakdown is reconciled with FR Submission.
• Reply iGrant Auditor queries.

3.EOM billing to Inter RI and external Companies for services provided.

4.Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• With Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative/Finance/Accountancy
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in grant administrative/finance activities
• Preferably with good understanding of organization policies on grant management and finance knowledge

Responsibilities:
