What you’ll do:

Retail Sales & Customer Service

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the stores, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
• Assist to style customers in our latest pieces and provide recommendations based on their needs
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range
• Process sales transaction with a high level of accuracy
• Assist with after sales service such as returns or exchanges
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with Operations Team to replenish stocks when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, including restocking merchandise, tidying shelves, and arranging displays
• Process online order collections when required
• Encourage customer loyalty by delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships with them
• Supervise, train and motivate a team of store employees, ensuring a positive work environment
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and performance evaluations to team members to enhance their productivity and development
• Plan and manage team schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and satisfactory manner
• Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) of team members to identify areas for improvement
• Assist in implementing strategies to drive sales, increase revenue and meet or exceed sales target
• Process staff purchase when required
• Support any duties or responsibilities assigned

What we’re looking for:

• Preferably Bachelor Degree in Retail Management or a relevant field
• Preferred 1 year of retail experience, fresh graduates are welcome
• Possesses leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to analyse sales data, identify trends and develop strategies to drive performance
• Flexibility to travel between store locations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
• Displays exceptional multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Takes initiative, shows resourcefulness and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Shows meticulous attention to detail and follow-through on projects
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively

Qualifications and Profile

• This position requires relevant experiences in corporate financing domain with focus on designing and delivering IT solutions.

Mandatory skills:

• Holding a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or IT.
• Excellent knowledge of corporate & investment banking and different financial products including but not limited to Syndications, Participations, Commercial Loans, LC, Guarantees, Discounting, Factoring etc.
• Experience in all phases of the IT system development life cycle like design, implementation, testing, deployment and support.
• Experience working in Agile development methodology.
• Hands-on experience with BDD framework and UML.
• Comfortable working with SQL database queries.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.

• Advocate and facilitate sustainability by moving from printed to e-copies.

Business Development

• Support the departments’ initiatives to develop services and revenue streams.
• Monitor performance and where appropriate, work with stakeholders to institute appropriate strategies and solutions to ensure cost recovery and sustain profitability.

Operational & Patient Experience Projects

• Support and manage assigned projects - work with stakeholders to implement initiatives track project milestones, escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

• Good degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Business or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral), able to write and edit different types of text.
• Creative and well versed in basic graphic design and video editing software.
