We are looking for an IT Project manager who can manage this transformation across facets like - Systems implementation (Design, Development and Testing), Stock Migration, RACI definition and Aftercare.

Project Overview:

• End-to-End Equity Derivatives Automation is a project under the Global Market Resilience program aiming to standardise Equity Derivatives processing in China.
• The project's end objective is to achieve enhanced automation for Equity Derivative Trade Processing in China and extend the functionalities developed to other APAC locations to support added trading opportunities for the front office with a robust operational processing model and technical stack for the ITO. The project entails a transformation in how the Equity Derivative trade processing is managed out of APAC from both a process and a systems standpoint.

Direct Responsibilities:

• Overall IT PM for the program.
• IT Delivery leader for the program - Working with Front Office, Operations, Finance and Technology stakeholders for the target architecture implementation
• Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance
• Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries
• Test management for the front-to-finance chain
• Stakeholder management, running program governances, Steering committees, regular operational and working committees

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 Years of Project Management Experience.
• Master's degree or MBA in economic or finance
• Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience – Exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade Processing Systems implementation would be a key criteria
• Transversal front-to-back project implementation experience – Exposure to referential, trade booking, settlement, Reporting, Regulatory reporting, accounting, and group reporting chains
• PM expertise managing large transversal IT programs > 2-3 Mi SGD in budget is mandatory
• Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets context
• Basic technical analysis skills on systems interfacing, identifying gaps and proposing resolutions Knowledge of Trade life cycle
• Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies

Previous experience in working in Matrix organizations

The Planning Engineer is responsible for the planning, scheduling, development of sub-programs/ tracking programs for construction operations.

Description

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Drawing up plans and presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams.
• Progress update against baseline throughout the construction process.
• Involve in coordination between sub-contractors/vendors/departments and anticipate labour / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Producing monthly progress reports and support in progress claims.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team / department.

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an integral part of the Singapore Private Wealth Management (PWM) Compliance team and the broader Asia PWM Compliance team, you will work in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment with Private Wealth Management professionals, global PWM Compliance counterparts, other Compliance team members and other Goldman Sachs departments, including Legal and Internal Audit, Operations, Engineering and Human Capital Management to address an array of business, legal and regulatory matters encountered by the Private Wealth Management business across the Asia region, in addition to driving forward strategic business initiatives and projects.

You will be working closely and providing on-going advice to the PWM business and PWM Management; assist them in analyzing compliance issues applicable to the business, reviewing business opportunities from a compliance perspective and addressing regulatory inquiries and handling client issues, and help drive forward strategic business initiatives and projects. In addition to the above, responsibilities may include:

• Refining compliance program, controls and surveillance tools which enables compliance to conduct in depth reviews
• Ensuring that appropriate policies and procedures are in place for PWM; drive completion of updates and the creation of new policies in response to regulatory drivers, external factors and business changes; develop, implement and provide training on relevant policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and firm policies/initiatives to the PWM business
• Reviewing marketing materials that are used to pitch PWM products and services to clients
• Testing and monitoring controls, surveillances and procedures to assess effectiveness in ensuring adherence to laws, regulations and firm policies and procedures.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• University degree holder/relevant professional or industry qualification
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework for the private wealth business and products (including derivatives and structured products)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgement
• Attentive to detail and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, have a positive, hands-on, “can do” attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines. Highly motivated self-starter with an ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
