• Manages front end engineering & feasibility studies for EPC development of new projects, energy efficiency improvement works, major retrofitting, upgrading works and any other assignments as required by the Station management.
• Projects such as repair of jetty facilities, diesel storage tanks inspection works, sales and demolition of decommissioned assets, conducting Station wide Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Security-by Design (SBD), Gas Compressors, Land Return & Restoration works, etc.
• Lead in the conceptualization and preparation of specifications for development of new projects.

Responsibilities：

• Ensure that all project deliverables and services for the client are executed in accordance with contract specifications, approved execution plans/methodologies, and contract KPIs throughout the project duration.

• Serve as the secretariat for monthly management meetings with the client, including agenda preparation, documentation, and dissemination of meeting minutes for follow-up.
• Prepare and update the client's Crisis Management Team to ensure uninterrupted service performance during civil and national emergencies.
• Chair monthly Health, Safety, and Environment Meetings (HSEM) with the client for the assigned project.

Requirements：
