Role Summary

As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to actively acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) relationships and cross-sell the entire suite of BB products to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets as stipulated in the “Quarterly Scorecard”.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of SME client relationships within to ensure quarterly new revenue growth
• Prospect and on-board new business client relationships to grow the bank’s revenue base
• Deliver the full range of the products available to clients and ensure that you are adequately equipped to advise clients in your delivery of the premium service expected
• To ensure delivering the targets for yourself in terms of New to Business and New Sales submissions.

Requirements

• Singaporeans Only.
• 2 years of sales experience in the Business banking team(Current Account Savings Account,Trade,Secured Lending,Unsecured Lending)
• 2 years of sales in other banks functions are also welcome to apply.

Sales and Project Engineer

• Working Days: Monday - Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve individual sales target by conducting the full sales cycle of lead generation, follow-up, service delivery and closure of transaction.
• Plan and oversee daily activities in meeting the project progress and quality goals.
• Provide continuous after sales support such as helping customers identify problems with installed equipment (if any), recommending improved material, machinery or parts for replacement and maintenance.
• Continuously improve on own’s knowledge on supplier’s products with the aim to introduce technology that add value to the customers.
• Review sales activities with the management on a weekly basis, including the status of prospective customers, plans to meet sales goals and status on deadlines.
• Working with the Sales Manager, produces report regularly to communicate with supplier on sales activities and status of project.
• Ability to travel within Singapore as required up to 70% of the time.Occasional travel beyond Singapore

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in any engineering fields.
• Prior experience in a similar industry with similar sales cycle with proven track record of success.
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
• Prior experience with tender systems such as Gebiz
• Class 3 Driving License is a must, with or without own car welcomed to apply
