Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals (project and system engineers) to provide Project Management, System commissioning, technical support, and Pre-sales to satisfy customer’s requirement and achieve company’s objective
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skills and expertise

• To monitor performance of Sub-contractors to meet customers’ expectations with enforcement of Sub-contractor Control Procedure stipulated in ISO9002 procedure
• Ensure systems and processes comply with workplace safety and health regulatory requirements
• Ensure that customer quality specifications are constantly met
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualifications
