Overall Job Objectives

This role is to support global business processes across sales, factories and business unit organizations, with a focus on assembly pricing activities.

We are looking for a resourceful teamplayer who is adept at utilizing and integrating data from multiple systems to put together pricing proposals. The candidate should be highly adaptable to changing business needs and possess strong analytical skills.

Core Responsibilities

· Key focus on pricing and costing activities for assembly packaging for Memory, MEMs and sensors market.

· Responsible on cost models preparation to provide cost estimates and manufacturing readiness inputs to business

unit, engineering and factory.

· Respond timely to relevant pricing requests in RFQ systems through price benchmarking and profitability analysis.

· Responsible for daily production price maintenance duties, and approving pricing issues in SAP.

· Oversee RFQ trend, win/loss effectiveness and RFQ cycle time efficiency.

· Support critical meetings with internal cross functional teams on product costing.

· Partner with business units, factories, and sales to assure integrated and profit maximizing approach.

· Adhoc analysis of various revenue related items.

Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experience/Skills & Knowledge/Personal Qualities)

· BS degree in Engineering.

· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.

· Demonstrated understanding of semiconductor substrate design.

· Knowledge in assembly packaging processes will be preferred.

· Familarity with SAP system.

· Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data set is a must.

· Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate technical requirements/issues into the business context or

vice versa.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

· Independent, able to multi-task, and collaborate with cross functional and cultural groups.

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Being a core member of the team consisting of executives and patient service associates

• Ensure all billing matters, insurance claims and payment collection are effectively and efficiently performed.
• Assist HOD in establishing, implementing and reviewing all relevant SOPs, workflows and policies.
• Ensure that quality customer services are provided by BO staff to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in AR, credit services and bad debt management.
• Liaise closely with clinics, hospital’s finance department, relevant government entities and insurance companies on all BO-related matters.
• Assist with lifting, moving and transporting patients.
• Serve meals and remove meal trays.
• Assist Staff / Enrolled Nurses under supervision.
• Daily check on claims submission e.g. PMI, CPF, Govt Agencies etc.
• Follow up on any claims issues encountered.
• Rectify any erroneous claims rejected by the relevant parties, etc.
• To perform regular audit checks on patient collections.
• Perform admission process, bill estimation and data entry to filing of insurance claims forms and collection of deposits.
• Perform cashiering and payment collections of credit card, cash, NETS and cheques from patients and alert admission executive to variances in the Cashiering Collection Report.
• Handle customers’ queries pertaining to admission process and services provided.
• Prepare and send out Consolidated Invoices for Corporate Clients.
• Handle email and telephone enquiries relating to billing/payments, etc.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time by management.

QUALIIFCATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in healthcare industry
• Team player with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably able to communicate in Chinese due to liaising with Mandarin speaking patients
• Must be able to do rotating shift work up to 12 hours (44 hours per week), include night shifts, Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience in Electronics manufacturing environment

• Strong in project management and customer service skills
• Strong customer focus and goal - orientated 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to read and understand construction drawings and detect discrepancies for combined services.
• ACMV equipment are designed and installed according to project standards and codes.
• Installation of HVAC equipment's chillers, AHU, MV systems, packaged unit, VRV system and split units
• Site test inspections to ensure quality of standards and all health & safety requirements are adhered to.
• Works closely with the Project Manager and site personnel in the execution of task schedule
• Coordinate and work with the contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and staff at site
• Project components, budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/modifications to ensure cost control, maintain project timeline, manage manpower resources for the project.
• Ensure quality, sound and efficient engineering design service being reflected in project deliverable.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possesses 1 to 2 years of working experience as an Mechanical Engineer/ACMV Engineer/Project Engineer in the building construction.
• Have certain understanding of local regulatory and code requirements.
• Have certain understanding of local legislations on M&E works.
• Good knowledge in Building M&E services, with project site experience in ACMV Systems for M&E specifications, installations, and maintenance will be a plus.
