• Create, manage, and track Requests for Information (RFIs) from the field to Architect/Engineer for clarification and resolution.
• Maintain and distribute project plans to relevant stakeholders.

· Report directly to the Assigned Senior Project Manager or Director

· Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion to be delivered within time, budget and resources through scheduling deliverables and work progress.

· Establish and manage the relationship with the client, stakeholders and relevant authorities.

· Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with contractual obligations and building and safety regulations.

· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant internal and external stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

· Coordinate and direct with internal team engineers, coordinators, draftsman, construction workers and external vendors such subcontractors and suppliers.
