JOB DESCRIPTION

The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and HVAC systems in the world. Facilities Technicians at Google data centers operate, monitor and support physical facilities conditions. Some of these duties will include heating and cooling of air and water, power supply, generators, UPS systems, electrical distribution and control and monitoring systems. You regularly help inspect, maintain and repair various data center systems such as piping and non-critical electrical or mechanical system components). You provide daily assistance to senior technicians as you read blueprints/schematics, conduct tours of systems and assess their working order.

As an advocate for best practices, you develop creative approaches to reducing operational costs while improving overall data center efficiency. You ensure that environmental and safety standards are consistently met, identifying problems and making repairs quickly. In emergency situations or abnormal conditions, you manage data center performance issues and outages to minimize the recovery time from failures.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment in a data center environment. Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA), recovery and prevention actions for service failure.
• Prepare and execute operation procedures, respond to work request/service failure and provide operational and technical expertise in required areas.
• Coordinate vendor support in repairs/replacement and support project implementation (e.g., site acceptance tests, factory acceptance tests, site inspection for defects, etc.).
• Develop an understanding of the infrastructure design and sequence of operation.
• Prepare and conduct training to the team. Ensure safety rules and regulations associated with operating infrastructure.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's degree, trade school certification, in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, and controls systems, including: Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Switchgears, Chillers, UPS systems, ATS/STS/PDU/PMM/Air handling and CRAC units.
• Experience with SCADA, power monitoring system, building monitoring system, PLC programming.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industrial networking, with the ability to coordinate with others in order to determine problems and implement solutions.
• Ability to follow the site’s environmental health and safety policies.
• Ability to learn quickly and address issues as they arise during normal operations or during emergency conditions.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and differing rotations/shifts.
• Ability to work in varying outdoor temperature conditions, perform material handling (e.g., lifting/shifting), and work on platforms, ladders, and under raised floors.

· Assist the Engineer in maintaining ISO records

· Carry-out Preventive Maintenance activities

· Follow Preventive Maintenance schedule

· Identify parts for potential breakdown and recommend for Preventive program

· Propose improvement ideas to prolong parts life span

· Screen Board Repair and monitor screening yield [LDHU]

· Conduct machine ESD and grounding check as per schedule and update record

· Implement measures to ESD check findings

· Assist in machine setup and buyoff

· Ensure the machine comply to safety regulation & standard

· Verify conversion kit according to drawing specification

· Assist the Engineer in the preparation of documentation

· Carry out stock take for spare parts

· Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager from time to time

Job Description:

• Participate in daily internal meetings or discussions to receive/provide status updates of tasks assigned to process team as well as to allocate urgent tasks
• Check ABN hold lots are release with countermeasures
• Follow up on daily line issues releated to process
• Focus on yield improvement activities to achieve planned yield variance
• Responsible for new product activities from NPI to production line for wire bond process
• Coordinate and ensure documents, specifications, machine buyoff are all carried out without quality concerns to ensure smooth introduction
• Follow-up and ensure Cpk and yield targets are met
• Assess new process / material introduction in the context of process improvement and cost reduction
• Communicate with vendors on different materials and identify the most cost effective solution
• Conduct research online as well as with competitors to assess feasibility
• Coordinate and follow-up on cost down activities to ensure timely introduction

Sales Executive [Freight Forwarding]

Salary: $3000 – 4000 + comm

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct reports to the Senior Manager.
• Present, promote and sell logistics products/services to prospective customers.
• Achieve agreed upon quarterly sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Generate and reach out to customer leads through cold calling, door knocking, digital marketing etc.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
• Analyse market’s potential, trends, track sales and status report, provide regular market insights and updates to the management team.
• Work closely with Customer Service and Operations on the execution of customer's quotation and orders.

Job Requirements:

• With Diploma in logistics / supply chain is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, sales experience in freight forwarding industry will be highly preferred.
• Proficient using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.
