Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Manager of Welfare Services, you shall provide daily administrative/logistics support on SCS Transport Services and SCS Financial Assistance schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative/logistics support for SCS Transport Services
- Attend to telephone/walk-in clients when required
- Create applicant’s profile in LEAP
- Prepare letter of approval/rejection to applicants
- Prepare daily transport schedule
- Process payment/claims
- Track and monitor vans usage and prepare monthly/MSF reports for submission.
Provide administrative support for SCS Financial Assistance Schemes
- Attend to telephone/walk-in clients when required
- Create applicant’s profile in LEAP
- Prepare letter of approval/rejection to applicants
- Assist in the coordination of activities/programmes
- Process hospitals and clinics’ bills/invoices
- Assist in extracting reports from Leap for reporting and/or data analysis
Provide administrative support in TenderBoard
Key Requirements:
· Minimum GCE ‘O’/’N’ or equivalent
· Preferably with relevant experience
· Basic customer or patient services skills
· Positive attitude, good communication and strong interpersonal skills
· Proficient in MS Office Excel, mail merge
· Basic letter writing/email, minutes and notes taking.
· English and a second language (ability to speak dialect will be beneficial)
