About the job

You will join the Real Estate and Workplace Experience and Record Information Management newly created team. This team monitors the creation of all Sanofi CHC locations and services and manages all issues for the Consumer Healthcare Business Unit buildings worldwide.

The newly created team will develop the strategic roadmap and implement new business models for Real Estate and the workplace Experience.

The Regional Sites Head will be responsible for all activities related to the Sanofi CHC sites in his/her region. As the Regional Sites Head you will be the point of contact for the Site Leads and Cluster sites leads, and you will coordinate with the Global RE Head and the Global Workplace Experience Head the implementation of our roadmap and the ways of working. You will decide in connection with the Global Workplace Experience Head the appropriated business model in term of Workplace Experience (external provider choice, brief, ways of working) and you will have to coordinate with your other regional partner the key actions (Event Program, Hospitality guidelines, Car Fleet).

In the next year you will have to coordinate with your team the exit from access segregation to Sanofi CHC space with a full autonomy and facilitate the relations between Sanofi Biopharma and CHC for this exercise.

You will have to manage a team in term of recruitment, assessment, and development plan.

Main responsibilities

• You will be the first point of contact for the Global Real Estate Head and the Global Workplace Experience Head (Real Estate and Workplace Experience) concerning the management of your sites/Clusters.
• You will be responsible of the implementation of the Car Fleet and RIM guidelines in your region and you will have to develop a mitigation plan in case of deviation.
• You will manage a team of 7 people including the recruitment, assessment and development plan. Your priority will be to embed the Sanofi CHC culture across your region.
• You will be the point of contact for our global providers at regional level (Facility Management, RIM) to ensure a full understanding of our strategy.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the enhancement and onboarding processes of our order management platform. This role involves end-to-end management of projects related to onboarding new FIX-in/FIX-out project and brokers, coordinating with users, vendors, and development teams to ensure successful system implementation. Vendors

1. As far as practicable ensures that all service arrangements are carried out by approved and/or contracted vendors.

3. For ‘Urgent’ services during after Office Hours/Holidays liaises closely with Technical Superintendent to ensure that Purchase Orders are issued as soon as practicable on the next working day.

4. Follow up with vendor service delivery and updates from Technical Superintendent in case of potential problems which will affect approved costs.

5. If required, source for new vendors and liaises with the SCM Team for approval within the Purchase PAL system.

6. Provides feedback to the SCM Team on vendor performance, as applicable.

Purchasing & Quotation Management

1. Supports the vessel for ‘ad hoc’ & ‘emergency’ purchasing requirements as required.

2. Ensures that purchasing is done with approved and/or contracted vendors at the contracted prices.

4. Reviews the monthly ASBA and highlights significant deviations to the Technical Superintendent.

Port Planning

1. Uses the ‘Port Planning’ module in Voyage PAL to register all services for each vessel for each port call.

PAL Utilization

1. Actively uses relevant modules of PAL – PMS, Purchase, Certification, Voyage, Drydock to support the Technical Superintendent and vessels.

New Build Projects
Where an SMC is taking into management new buildings, develops the purchasing requirements for new build projects, in order to contribute to the smooth initiation of their project. Upon approval proceeds with the purchasing plan for new build projects, together with the staged delivery of initial outfit equipment, material and consumables in line with SCM policies

Follow-up of Service Arrangements and Procurement
Keeps the Technical Superintendent, Accounts Officers and Vessel Senior Officers updated on arranged Services as well as any Procurement as applicable. Inform relevant departments of current and potential invoices for optimization of Budget utilization.

Prepares prepayment vouchers as required and presents them for authorization, checks invoices and disbursement accounts, controlling they are not paid until all possible disputes are settled, and assists in verifying variance reports.
