Resident Technical Officer (Civil & Structural)

1. To carry out site supervision and inspection of structural and architectural works. This includes any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the Architect/Engineer so as to ensure that works are constructed to required quality and accuracy.

• Ensure proper receiving, picking & issuing flow with proper documentation & traceability.
• Maintaining high level of housekeeping & warehouse security in his assigned area.
• To conduct effective cycle count quarterly and maximize storage space within the warehouse.
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others.

Being at the frontline, the Guest Relations Officer is the first contact point when a guest check-in at a hotel. He/She will deliver exceptional guests' experience and manage guests professionally to promote positive impression.

Responsibilities

• Ensure checking-in and out is done promptly and efficiently in accordance to the procedure of the Hotel
• Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival and register them as well as issuing room keys by using the appropriate standards
• Interact and attend to guest’s enquires
• Handle cashiering duties
• Maintain the filing system and required reports
• Handle guest reservation using Opera system
• Provide information about amenities, major attractions and hotel services.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
• Ensure the safety, security and loss control policies and procedures are compiled with at the front counter and back office area.

Requirements

• People orientated with excellent customer service skill
• Communication skills (written/verbal)
• Proficient in OPERA will be added advantage
• Able to perform rotating shift, PH and weekends

About the Job

Seeking an IQA Engineer to assist in IQA activities, analyze findings, and support QMS queries in the Governmen sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and developing IQA checklists based on assigned objectives and scope.
• Conduct IQA through desk-check and verification of artifacts from performed processes.
• Analyze evidence necessary for IQA, draw conclusions, and prepare IQA findings and observations.
• Communicate IQA findings to auditees and management and support follow-up verification of corrective actions.
• Provide support on user queries regarding Quality Management systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) or in a software environment certified to CMMI or ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Familiarity with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Development, software quality principles, and ISO 9001 systems.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles and related processes.
• Strong auditing and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of process issues.
• Ability to identify good practices and opportunities for improvement.
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centered disposition with good listening skills and patience.
• Familiarity with software and tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, JIRA, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
• Experience in an agile development environment is advantageous.
