Job Purpose

The main job responsibility for this position is the accurate and efficient registration and administration of tests orders and ensure test reports are sent to clients within set turn around time.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming telephone calls.
• Liaise with the despatch team to ensure smooth collection / delivery of specimens and documents from destination to destination.
• Process reports and bills.
• Manage and maintain general Inventory.
• Troubleshoot problems that arise with assistance and guidance from the immediate Reporting Officer.
• Print, collate or type all Laboratory and administrative reports, invoices and administrative reports related to the operation of the lab.
• Tracing of Laboratory results, answering or routing enquiries from clients, doctors or patients.
• Perform order entry and carry through with the process of order entry
• Perform billing functions e.g. checking audit reports, issue credit notes, checking that charges to clients are correct.
• Assist immediate Reporting Officer in the training and orientation of new staff at the various job tasks.
• Assist other client service staff in resolution of problems.
• Perform special assignments when need arises
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Key Performance Indicators

• Accuracy and speed of collation of reports/invoices.
• Quantity, speed and accuracy of order entry/opening or sorting samples/labelling of samples.
• Answering of queries / follow-up with clinic.
• Accuracy and completeness in scanning documents for archival.
• Competency of staff.
• Manage inventories/supplies.
• Checking of documents.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Computer literacy e.g. Microsoft Office

Education and Experience

• Completed Sec 4 / GCE “N” Level / GCE “O” Level or has sufficient combination of education and experience.
• Fluent English reading and writing skills required.
• Minimum two (2) years of working experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.

Job Description:

• Planning and coordinating Public Relation programme for the project
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parities such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities
• Dealing with requests and complaints from the public
• Overall in-charge and responsible for the internal and external publication and communication issue
• Working closely with all contractors and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities
• Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level with 1 to 2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Application Testing and Test Case Management:

• Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on application requirements and user stories.
• Conduct thorough functional testing of the smart home application.
• Perform compatibility testing on various devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper resolution of identified issues and verify bug fixes.

UI/UX Review:

• Evaluate the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the application.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance the overall UI/UX design.
• Work with the design team to implement UI/UX improvements.

Application Improvement:

• Collaborate with the development team to identify areas for application improvement.
• Assist in conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback.
• Document and report software bugs and issues for resolution.

Data Analytics:

• Collect and analyze user data to gain insights into application usage and performance.
• Assist in developing and maintaining data dashboards and reports.
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes to improve the application.

Operational Support:

• Monitor the application's operational performance and availability.
• Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues and disruptions.
• Collaborate with the IT and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless application operations.

Customer Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and issues related to the application via email, chat, or phone.
• Provide clear and meticulous solutions to customer problems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.

User Training:

• Assist in creating user guides and tutorials for the application.
• Conduct training sessions for new users to ensure they can effectively use the application.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Prepare regular reports on common customer issues, operational status, and suggest improvements.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

• Handle various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the team or management.
• Adapt to new challenges and contribute to the overall success of the department.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in software development, data analytics, operational support, user experience, customer support, quality assurance, and UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools
• Meticulous attention to detail in problem-solving, testing, and UI/UX evaluation.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
