• Responsible for managing Business Partners and overseeing their work in providing commercial and financial insights to senior management of respective segment/platform
• Drive Business Partners team based on strategic direction set by Group Head of Finance Business Partners, to support the various segments/platforms in achieving their objectives and business goals

• Support the Group Head of Finance Business Partners in the annual review and amendment of the Financial Authorisation Limits
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Business Partners team to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate any required training, performance management, personnel forecasting for Segment Business Partners team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Recognised degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA

Experience and Qualification:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive for a 1 year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities related to paper oil trading. You will collaborate with traders and external counterparties to ensure smooth execution and delivery of trades, as well as manage ad hoc administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Trade Operations:

- Coordinate with brokers to ensure timely trade execution.

- Review contracts and trade confirmations to verify accuracy.

Risk Management & Reporting:

- Assist with daily position and exposure reporting for traders and risk management teams.

- Maintain accurate records of trade details, including pricing, quantities, and counterparty information.

- Reconcile trades to ensure alignment with financial systems and risk reports.

Requirements

The Club Lounge Executive manages the daily operations that surround the 1823 Reading Room, and club rooms/suites.

The Club Lounge Executive has good social skills, is able to multi-task, and excel in time management and build a close rapport with all guests. He/she should also have a good knowledge of The Robertson House’s brand story. Familiarity with local city geography, restaurants, and historical attractions are a plus points together with basic knowledge and skills in Food and Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all SOPs and PNPs are adhered to and carried out based on organization standards.
• Preparation of arrival guest, tip top room inspection and extend personalized checks in and checks out.
• Perform good and pleasant customer skill with internal and external guest.
• Welcome guest on arrival and assist them during their stay which includes enquiries (e.g. local attraction / dining reservation) and feedback.
• Perform check-out and other cashiering tasks accurately and ensure cashier work are tallies before end of shift.
• Monitor Club Lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the entire Club Lounge.
• Ensure Breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail period at the Club Lounge is being set up before schedule time.
• Check inventories and requisition all necessary supplies, transporting supplies from storeroom to Club Lounge set-up area as required.
• Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Good problem-solving skills on guest’s feedback and escalate to the next inline if is beyond your empowerment.
• Able to train and guide newly onboarding colleagues and process good leadership skills.
• Execute tasks as instructed by Club Lounge Managers / Supervisors.
