• Prepare GST worksheets and GST tax returns.
• Prepare income tax provisions, tax computations and income tax returns.
• Verify tax assessments and lodge objections whenever necessary.
• Respond to queries from IRAS and provide tax support to business units.
• Any other tax compliance matters and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification with minimum 2 years of GST experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Advanced Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organisational skills.

About the role: Provide administrative support to the project team to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include managing documentation, record-keeping, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. The Project Secretary reports to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Management:Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all records are current and accessible.
   Oversee the distribution and filing of project documents.
2. Scheduling and Coordination:Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and circulate follow-up documents.
   Arrange travel for the project team and maintain the team roster.
3. Communication:Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on project inquiries.
   Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
4. Administrative Support:Provide general administrative assistance to the project team.
5. Other Duties as Assigned:Perform additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager.

About you:

• Diploma with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant; basic FPSO knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Professional demeanor and high level of discretion.
