As Zoetis continues to grow, the role of the Sales and Execution (S&OE) Coordinator is of critical importance. This role reports to the Regional Performance & Customer Center of Excellence Lead.

As the S&OE Coordinator, you will facilitate and oversee the S&OE process to address short-term supply chain execution issues and drive decision-making by collaborating and partnering with cross-functional teams within the organization. You will ensure robust and effective internal customer service by coordinating issues by priorities, empowering teams to act on resolution, and promote transparency towards the Commercial organization.

This role has three primary functions:

1. Lead the sales & operations execution process to ensure the timely and effective resolution of short-term execution issues, risks, and opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

· Ensure that supply issues in the short-term horizon are analyzed by relevant stakeholders in the Global Manufacturing and Supply organization; including proposing mitigating actions to be executed to drive resolution, according to the priorities identified

· Ensure root cause´s comments for the relevant forecast variations versus last period, in order to increase transparency on the business needs and to feedbacks around viability for the proposed plan

· Advocate accountability and empower teams to act upon issues that fall under their scope.

· Promote the adherence to thresholds and tiering of issue classification to ensure issues are brought to the right platform as fast as possible and in line with decision authority.

· Facilitate the S&OE process and recurring meeting cadence with the right audience and agenda, liaise with S&OE attendees to drive short-term execution management and ensure discussions are decision-oriented.

· Ensure an effective feedback-loop from S&OE process to counterpart Commercial organizations, including visibility and transparency on decisions made.

· Develop relationships across the organization by identifying key relationships, empowering teams, and coaching or training as appropriate.

· Lead team to adopt new ways of working and actively promote the use of tools and processes in place.

· Play an active role as first point of contact with regards to the S&OE process and structure.

· Measure effectiveness and performance of the process through metrics and key performance indicators, while driving continuous improvement.

· Identify issues, demand or supply gaps and risks to be escalated for S&OP review; and coordinate decisions back to the S&OE forum.

· Cultivate a culture of trust in the systems and tools in place, while promoting a data-driven mindset to ensure accurate information is updated and available for the review process.

· Collaborate with the Performance and COE and PowerBI development teams to gather, prioritize, and release enhancements and improvemens to the S&OE dashboard (issue-logging tool).

· Understand the nature of products across platforms and markets, facilitate that resolutions proposed fit the scenario and oversee consistency of data that accurately reflects the supply and demand situation.

· Drive compliance within the region for the monthly demand consensus meetings and S&OE processes to ensure S&OP process focus on medium to long terms priorities

· Provide regular updates on performance to key commercial and GMS stakeholders.

· Cultivate team members building relationships with key commercial partners within their region and global GMS partners.

Job Overview:

By joining the team, you will get exposure to various in-house and vendor applications used in Canadian retail banking space specific to Personal & Business Banking portfolios. You will get an opportunity to work on several latest technologies and cloud platforms as well as legacy systems built on mainframe for CORE banking. We welcome candidates with some support experience in these platforms and are happy to provide on the job training.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Follow-The-Sun support for Personal, Business Banking & Cards portfolios adhering to ITIL process for incident, change, problem & knowledge management
• Proactively monitor Canadian end of day batch in both distributed & mainframe environments, log incidents in ServiceNow and resolve or escalate to L3 to resolve
• Monitor ServiceNow queue, ensure team picks up items within SLA and follows protocol.
• Help team when working on incidents or with engaging Infra L3/Infra teams in calls.
• Manage shift rota and ensure resource availability throughout the week
• Facilitate calls with L3 to speed up resolution of problem records to reduce incidents
• Assign change tasks on time and ensure team reviews & actions per plan
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and drive efficiencies
• Monitor progress of critical incidents and provide timely management updates
• Always adhere to TD's standards and policies & follow disaster and business recovery plan

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education & preferably with ITIL V3/V4 certification.
• 3-6 years of application support experience with an understanding of infrastructure
• Have a deep understanding of ITSM concepts such as Incident, Problem, Service Request & Change management practices
• Working knowledge in UNIX, Windows, CA-7 & Autosys. IBM Mainframe knowledge is nice to have, but the candidate can be trained in Mainframe
• Work independently / as a team player as the situation demands and with minimal supervision, attend occasional off-shift calls and flexible with schedule
• Follow standards and protocols defined without deviation
• Due to the need for interactions with colleagues in North America, the working hours will be 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM / 12.30 PM - 9.30 PM with an hour of break, 12 X 7 coverage including public holidays, with weekly time offs. Hybrid working arrangements are available as well.

• Diploma and above (Diploma must have 2 years experience in Supply Chain, Logistics)
• Experienced in SAP S4 Hana, Excel

The role

We're looking for a strong Underwriter with a background in payments and/or financial analysis to join our Singapore team. You will be part of a team that is responsible for underwriting enterprise customer applications with a focus on analysis relevant to Business Model, Credit Exposure and enhanced Financial Analysis. This role offers a unique exposure to our core business areas, collaborating closely with our key internal players (Business Development, Sales, Risk, Legal teams and Top Management) and our high value merchants and partners.

How you'll make an impact

• Leveraging experience, you will conduct business model analysis in-line with internal policy guidelines and apply complex evaluation techniques to achieve the desired results for complex deals
• Conduct proficient analysis of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements of complex business models and demonstrate a competent understanding of accounting principles
• Competent in underwriting high risk lines of business including travel, subscriptions, ticketing and events, securities dealers, gambling, amongst others
• Prepare persuasive summaries to assess micro and macro risks, mitigants and make balanced recommendations to present to management and the Credit Risk Committee
• Represent Underwriting in attending customer calls and meetings alongside Sales or Account Management
• Approve teammates’ credit submissions in line with delegated approval authority
• Identify operational issues and areas for improvement, and make detailed recommendations on how to improve the merchant onboarding experience
• Preferable if candidate possesses industry expertise, and can act as a subject matter expert in a particular industry(ies)
• Foster a culture of collaboration with key internal stakeholders, in particular Sales, and first and second line Risk personnel and Legal
• Act as a mentor to junior team members through training initiatives and credit approvals
