Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement and Development:

• Responsible for initiating and completing technical activities leading to new or improved polishing processes.
• Responsible for improving yield and maximizing capacity for current and new equipment.

Polishing Process Management:

• Own and manage the polishing process during process sustainment.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

• Create and upgrade equipment or process standard operating procedures to be used by manufacturing technicians.
