Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a technical role within the network and security industry, with a strong understanding of networking protocols, security technologies, and best practices.
• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams, with a focus on driving results, fostering collaboration, and developing talent.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience with network and security solutions from leading vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Aruba/Juniper, etc.

• Perform local and oversea burn-in system / test equipment field servicing, installation, preventive maintenance and customer’s training.
